Tallinn FoodFair participants testimonials

Participating in the Tallinn Food Fair was a valuable experience for us, which offered a great opportunity to communicate with customers and retail chains, introduce new products and strengthen our company’s image.
We showcased our products through tastings, which allowed customers to experience the nuances of the products – something that cannot be conveyed simply by sending catalogs or samples. The fair format made it possible to devote time to getting to know the products, which helped to create meaningful communication and supported both the creation of new cooperation opportunities and the strengthening of existing customer relations. The general atmosphere of the fair was positive and supportive. Everyone – visitors, other participants and organizers – were friendly and open, which added even more value to the whole experience. |

The exhibition was productive, and we achieved results across our goals to gather leads that could become business opportunities, specifically with companies that manufacture physical products, to establish relationships with potential new partners and to raise brand awareness.
The visitors to our stand were mostly from the business sector and showed genuine interest in our solutions. While we did have a few casual visitors, the majority of interactions were relevant and valuable. |

“We participated in the Food Fair for the first time. Our biggest wish was to meet and talk with customers to get their immediate feedback and emotions about our newly launched software. What we didn’t expect was that in addition to great customers, we also found very good partners at the Food Fair. I could never have dreamed of this!
Today, we look back on all the “should we” thoughts that we had before deciding to participate with a happy smile…” |

“The TFF is an excellent place to meet colleagues and cooperation partners from the Baltics all at once. Face-to-face meetings gave us the chance to talk about important issues with partners more efficiently. It was also nice to meet cooperation partners with whom we have previously only exchanged emails. Participation in the fair provides a great opportunity to engage with industry professionals and potential cooperation partners.” Jānis Graudiņš, Cesars, Sales Manager |

Our products received a very warm and enthusiastic welcome, with loads of positive feedback from the purchasing team, chefs and other people who tried the products. We see massive potential in the Estonian market. We met a lot of consumers, producers and people working in FMCG business. “We were taking part in the fair for the first time. Our main aim was to showcase our product range and generate new business leads. We were happy with the outcome as we managed to collect more than 40 leads with distributors, retailers and people in the HoReCa sector. We would recommend the fair for newcomers and would definitely participate again. We also liked the concept of the pre-built stand and drinks space. It was easy to set up, and the whole area was a very popular part of the venue that attracted lots of visitors.” Dan Renwick, aussie.ee, Manager |

“Tallinn Cutlery, the importer of Japanese chef’s knives, has participated in Tallinn food fair for two consecutive years. Since a knife is one of the most important tools for both professional and hobby chefs, customers often want to hold the knife in their hand and properly get to know it before buying. Tallinn FoodFait is a great platform for introducing our knives to our customers. You can hold the knives in your hands, try them out and appreciate their quality firsthand. The fair brought together food industry companies and interested parties, introducing many to our company for the first time. Both days were bustling with an extremely positive atmosphere, making our participation in Tallinn FoodFair a delightful experience.” Margus Tapupere, Tallinn Cutlery, Managing Owner |

“The fair was a success, with many contacts made with clients fitting our business profile. It offered a great opportunity to talk with new contacts, present our product directly to purchasing managers and exchange information. Additionally, as a food fair, this was the perfect place to offer product tastings. What surprised us was that the majority of visitors were professionally involved in the food business, including purchasing managers, purchasing team members and others. Obviously, the exhibition interested people in the industry, differentiating the Tallinn FoodFair from other exhibitions as well as making our work more fruitful.” Michael Buresh, Galca Latvia SIA, Marketing Manager |
